Fruit sourced from the cute block and other lads at the Valley Hotel - located in the Vine Vale Barossa Valley on the Valley floor. Mourvedre 90%, Grenache 5% and Cinsault 5%. Fruit hand picked at sunrise, chilled for 24 hours, crushed and co-macerated. Pressed and sat in neutral oak for 6 months. Full-blown malo, unfined and unfiltered.
