Imayo Tsukasa Hitotoki Junmai

The name "Hito to Ki to Hitotoki" means "Man, Wood and a Moment".

This sake was traditionally brewed in wooden barrels rather than stainless steel, as an ode to the past and traditional sake. The effect is not a woody sake, rather a more complex and developed style, between umami and nutty crispness.
