Ghost Rock Climat Pinot Noir 2022

Cradle Coast, Tasmania

Planted in 2014 and converted to organics in 2019, this vineyard is exclusively planted to Pinot Noir. It’s sheltered northern slope and well-drained loam on sand soils provide the ideal backdrop for outstanding Pinot Noir growing. 

Wild ferment, no additions, no fining, no filtration. Minimal SO2 added at bottling.
